We are glad you want to learn more about our landlord-tenant mediation services. We are a Minority and Woman owned business. At ASAP Mediation Services LLC, our goal is to provide fast and professional conflict management. We have done between 70-80 landlord-tenant mediations helping people resolve conflict that is causing them stress and stopping them from focusing on the things that really matter to them. We can help landlords, tenants, neighbors and communities who are having disagreements that are getting on their way of working together. We are experienced with the Philadelphia Eviction Diversion Program.
Our mediation is a paralegal that also have over twenty years of experience in real estate. She is certified as a mediator by Cora Good Shepherd Mediation and Community Boards. Continuing education includes 16 hours of Conflict Coaching, 2023 Association of Conflict Resolution conference for 3 full days.
We do virtual mediations so you can do them from the comfort of your home or office. We also do in person mediations.
We are able to do mediations in English and Spanish. We are members of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, Neighborhood Dispute Settlement and the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section. We accept online payments.
