Landlord-Tenant Mediation and Conflict Management

____________

Early Mediation is one of the best ways to resolve many issues between landlords and tenants. Most landlord-tenant disputes happen because of a lack of communication.  We believe that most disputes can be resolved through mediation rather than going through the court process.  We specialize in landlord-tenant mediation.

Mediation can help landlords and tenants resolve a dispute quickly.  We help by facilitating the discussion and by making sure the conversation is positive so both parties can move forward. Reach out to us to learn more about landlord-tenant mediation.

Mediation has a high success rate with 80% of cases entering an agreement. When landlords and tenants agree to mediation, the parties have already started working together to resolve their issues.

How Does Mediation Work?

1

Party contact us to discuss whether mediation is a good fit for their situation. If mediation is a good fit, we invite the other party to mediate.

2

If the other party accepts the invitation to mediate, we schedule a virtual meeting where both parties can openly discuss the issues they consider important.

3

By resolving the issue out of court, parties are able to explore the underlying issues of their dispute.

4

Once the underlying issues come out in the open, it is easier to find an agreeable solution to both parties.

5

If an agreement is reached, then we draft an agreement that both parties sign to the terms they agree.
