Sometimes communities or neighbors disagree on how to solve issues that come up in their neighborhood. Sometimes it takes a facilitator such as a mediator to help solve the dispute by listening to all parties and help them see each other’s side. Community/Neighbor mediation offers constructive processes for resolving differences and conflicts between individuals, groups and organizations. Our mediator will facilitate the process and create alternatives to avoidance, destructive confrontation, prolonged litigation or even violence.
